Sell More Memberships
With Apex, you can effectively manage your membership sales. By tracking information about your guests and other short-term members, you can be more responsive and proactive during the sales cycle. For example, you can send email messages or postcards to potential members. By making them aware of special offers and other incentives, it may help close the sale.
Contract Management
After selling a membership, you send the completed contract to Apex. At Apex, we enter the contract information into our database. As an alternative, you have the freedom to enter the contract data at your site. Either way, all contracts will be stored and maintained electronically. If any contract discrepancies are found, Apex will request corrected information from the member directly. We will contact them through a phone call or via a letter.
Member Search
Our Member Search feature is a great management tool. It allows you to access important member data, including contact information, membership contracts, and usage history. Maintaining contact information will make your customer correspondence more accurate, as mailings and other communications will be sent to the correct location. Viewing an electronic version of a contract allows you to quickly answer questions and review agreed upon terms. Tracking usage information allows you to know which members are frequently using your club. For those not visiting regularly, you can offer additional assistance or encouragement. The extra attention may help increase your retention rates.
Membership Renewal
With Apex, membership renewals are easy to track. Our system will monitor the renewal date for each member. You will have access to a renewal list, allowing you to effectively follow-up with each member, increasing your retention efforts.
