Automated Member Changes
You can easily maintain your member information using our Action Request feature. From one web-based application, you can make the necessary changes. These changes are automatically downloaded to Apex and updated the following day. This allows you to offer superior service to your members, and enables Apex to handle everything else. Listed below are just some of the action requests you can make to your members’ accounts:
