The Messenger is an innovative way for Apex to offer an additional level of client support. This feature resides on our client login website, which means it is available anytime, anywhere. Using the Messenger, you will have a whole new way to send and receive support-related messages.
Think of the Messenger as an online conversation with an Apex representative. The conversation can begin with a question from you, or with a memo from Apex. Either way, there are many advantages to communicating in this fashion.
First, you will have a complete record of each conversation, including the sender’s name, original text, date, and time. As the conversation continues, you will see the messages you have created and the messages generated at Apex.
The Messenger includes tools to help you manage your online conversations. You can sort messages using various tracking filters, and you can close a conversation after a resolution has been reached. This tool greatly improves our ability to respond to your needs with speed and accuracy, and gives you more control of the communication process.
